Demitri Lerios is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer and composer. At the age of 15, his band “The New Officials' ' signed with David Foster’s Verve/UMG label. At that same time he met his mentor and songwriting partner, Andreas Carlsson (Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Katy Perry) where he developed his skills as a songwriter and producer. During his tenure at Verve/UMG Demitri went on to write, produce and collaborate with a handful of top songwriters. Writing over 140+ songs, with the likes of David Foster, Justin Trantner, Captain Cuts, Jason Evigan, Brian Lee and Desmond Child, to name a few. In the midst of finding what it takes to craft the perfect pop song, Demitri discovered the world of film and television composition. Taking what he had studied and learned from the Pop world, Demitri applied the same tenacity and execution to the world of Film and TV. Writing original scores for ESPN+ “Alex Morgan: The Equalizer”, YouTube Original “Demi Lovato: Simply Complicated”, The Roku Channel “The Demi Lovato Show”, 40+ songs for Fremantle’s “Baywatch: Remastered” and “Baywatch Hawaii: Remastered” as well as a number of top tier branded commercials. While the past few years have earned him very respectable credits, it is his most recent work with the likes of Apple+ and Dreamworks that have him headed on an upward trajectory. As of July 2022, Demitri's latest compositional work for "Best Foot Forward" landed him in a completely different echelon. Although he is heavily under NDA, Demitri has a number of follow up projects that are sure to solidify his position as a force to be reckoned with in the composition realm.
